About Me.

Hello Hello Hello! My name is Sarah and I believe that healing happens in relationships—within ourselves, with others, and within the systems that shape our lives. I approach therapy in the same way I hope others approach me: with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

For me, therapy is a collaborative process. Rather than positioning myself as an “expert” on your life, I work alongside you to better understand patterns, strengthen connections, and support meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating relationships, life transitions, identity exploration, or emotional challenges, my aim is to help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

As a queer identifying therapist, I am passionate about offering care that is inclusive and affirming. I understand that experiences of discrimination, identity-based stress, and systemic inequity shape our lives in meaningful ways. My goal is to provide therapy where clients—especially those from LGBTQIA+ and other historically marginalized communities—do not have to explain or justify their identities, and where their experiences are met with care, dignity, and validation.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my sweet pups, Flynn and Luna. They help me slow down, make me laugh, and regularly remind me the importance of play. I also love being outdoors and often recharge by hiking and exploring nature—it’s one of the ways I reconnect with myself and decompress. Another way I recharge is through gaming, both playing board games and working my way through video games. Whether it’s problem-solving, connecting with others through team work, or simply unwinding, gaming is one of the ways I relax and enjoy being present.

These parts of my life help shape who I am as a person and how I show up as a therapist: as someone who values connection, curiosity, rest, and joy. I believe that tending to the things that make us feel alive and whole is just as important as doing the hard work of growth.
